When becoming a client of Laser By Sia, you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & terms of business:
Bookings and Cancellation Policy
- To secure your booking, credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointment bookings. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee. No shows will be charged a $50 fee.
- Injectable treatments will be charged $150 fee for cancellations of less than 24 hours. No shows will be charged a $150 fee.
Appointments
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and unwind.
- If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule. Please call us to inform the therapist.
- 48 hours prior your appointment we send you SMS confirmation with the day & time of your appointment if you have supplied us with your mobile number. Upon receipt of this SMS we request you to reply ‘yes’, so it automatically confirms your appointment on our system.
Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise our cancellation policy will apply.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions:
- You need to advice & present the gift certificate at the time of booking and visit. Laser By Sia reserve the right to reject any booking, if the voucher is not presented.
- Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable or used in conjunction with any other special offer.
- Our Gift Certificates are valid for 4 months or have set expiry dates. If you do not use the certificate prior the expiry date it will be it will be irrecoverable.
- Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date.
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours Laser By Sia has the right to forfeit the gift certificate.
We Love Children, However…
- We ask that you do not leave your child unattended at any time during your visit. This is for the safety of your child as well as maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for other guests. No children will be allowed into the treatment rooms due to safety laws.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
