This precise wavelength is the exact wavelength required to target the melanin in the hair follicle, meaning you get a more effective treatment per session, leading to fewer treatments in the long term.
So in terms of IPL vs. laser hair removal, you will get a more effective treatment, need fewer treatments to achieve your desired result, and fewer treatments to maintain this result. This is actually cheaper for you over the life of your hair removal.
You should also know that no hair removal, IPL or otherwise can truly be said to be permanent hair removal. While some clinics say laser, IPL or SPL is permanent hair removal, this isn’t strictly true. It is actually permanent hair reduction that may require a few touch-up sessions annually to maintain your results.
